Lessons Explained
Practical Test
As your journey progresses and you become safe and competent driving the practical test can be taken. This can only be booked once the theory test has been passed. Your instructor will guide you and advise you throughout your learning experience of when this exam should be taken. This test lasts approximately 38 minutes to 40 minutes. Pass Plus & Motorway Lessons
So congratulations you’ve passed your driving test. What we can do now is broaden your experience and skills. We offer the pass plus scheme which consists of 6 driving modules including motorway driving. There's no test at the end of this course, if your instructor is happy they will sign off the report and you'll receive a certificate of completion through the post. Alternatively, we offer standard motorway lessons to gain vital experience in this module.
Theory & Hazard Perception
The theory test is the first test we need to take on our journey. There are plenty of products available to help you succeed in this. Your instructor will also provide help on both questions and hazard perception. We need a score of 43/50 on the questions and 44/75 on hazard perception. Driving Lessons
Lessons will take place at a day and time that’s suits the customer. We will pick up and drop off. Driving lessons will be structured to suit each individual needs, lessons are on a one to one basis. We will provide encouragement, feedback, and guidance throughout this journey. Lessons can begin even if the theory test has not been taken.
Refresher Lessons
Refresher lessons can range from anything from its been a few months since you’ve passed your test and want to just refresh your skills to driving in the dark, winter driving or even just a confidence boost. We’ll accommodate for each individual customer.

Manual Lessons
Lessons with Jonathan will take place at a time convenient to you in a vehicle with dual controls, solely on a one-to-one basis. Jonathan covers a wide range of tuition, which include Learner Lessons, Pass Plus, Motorway, Refresher Courses, Mobility (Manual), and many more.
The vehicle can be adapted for mobility lessons such as mirrors if restricted sight or movement with observations is a cause of concern, plus his vehicle handbrake can be adapted if strength is an issue when releasing the handbrake.
Jonathan has worked with customers who have needed remedial lessons, including those returning to driving after undertaking a formal driving assessment at North East Drive Mobility in Newcastle.
